    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MINDPLAIN, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRIBUTORS, AUTHORS, THERAPISTS LISTED IN THE DIRECTORY, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

    IN NO EVENT SHALL MINDPLAIN'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MINDPLAIN, IF ANY, DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

    The therapist directory is provided as a convenience only. MindPlain does not endorse, recommend, verify credentials of, or guarantee the quality of any therapist listed in the directory. Inclusion in the directory does not imply any form of certification or approval by MindPlain. You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting any therapist, and MindPlain accepts no liability for any interactions, treatments, or outcomes arising from use of the directory.

    9. Self-Assessment Tools

    Self-assessment tools provided on the Service are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not diagnostic instruments and should not be interpreted as clinical assessments. Results do not constitute a diagnosis or treatment recommendation. MindPlain is not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on assessment results.
